If you would like to attend all or part of the 2012 Ski for Light International Week as a non-skiing other attendee/worker-bee please fully complete and submit this application form. Please be aware that acceptance to the event as a companion or guest is not automatic, as it depends on the amount of available space in the event hotel. Companions and guests will be notified of their status on or about November 1st.

9. SFL strives to provide a healthy, balanced diet that is high in complex carbohydrates derived from fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and dairy products and low in fat. Which of the two available meal options would be your preference?

Standard - includes red meat, poultry and fish.
Pescatarian - includes eggs, dairy products and fish as well as other sources of protein (legumes and soy) but no red meat or poultry.

NOTE: The standard and pescatarian menu options are the only menu options that will be available during the week. SFL is able to secure affordable meal prices that benefit all participants by limiting the menu options to just these two. Thank you for understanding and cooperating with these choices.

12. During the SFL week, help is needed in a number of different areas, as listed below. Please indicate which of these you would be willing to help with during the week.
Help get luggage from arriving busses to hotel rooms February 5th)
Serve as a greeter at the doors of the dining room (6:15 each evening, February 5th - February 11th)
Assist shoppers in the SFL sales room (various hours, February 6 - February 11th)
Assist in the SFL information room (various hours, February 5th - February 11th)
Assist ill/injured participants staying at the hotel with lunch February 6th - February 11th)
Walk and relieve guide dogs mid-day at the hotel, while participants are away at the ski area February 6th - February 11th)
Serve as a marshall at the race/rally (10:00 to 1:00, (February 11th)
Help get luggage from hotel rooms to the departing busses (February 12th)
